Although my girls were not littermates, they were both raised together as pups, one 10 months one 8 weeks, when I got my second dog. Contrary to all the negative press, it is possible for some people to raise 2 dogs together quite successfully. I also happen to know a breeder who is very successfully raising 2 littermates. A person who is dedicated to having happy pups will be up for the challenge.

ABDU, I've had a lot of puppies and have seen something like that, but not that bad.

First of all...TAKE THEM TO THE VETERINARIAN! That's been said several times already.

Now...where did you get these pups and were they outside in a dirty dirt floored pen?
How long have you had them and exactly what brand of food and what formula are you feeding these pups?

Have you bathed them? If you have, what shampoo did you use?

For one, get some 1000 or 1200 mg fish oil pills from Walgreens and give them one a day. You will have to give Vitamin E when giving fish oil, very important as fish oil depletes the body of vitamin E. Give one 400 IU every other day...don't give more as you can give too much vitamin E as excess amounts are stored in body fat.

1)Thanks all for the reply !!I took them to the vet and he said that it is a normal thing and he prescribed dermatin and urix.

2) i bought them from a friend who is a breeder. Their father is from Siberia and their mother is from Bulgaria as i' am living in Egypt right now and they are not living a dirty place; they are living in a wooden house that is made specially for them. At the morning we leave them outside as I am living in a big Villa and at the evening we get them inside their house manually because the dont know how to get in alone.

3) I have had them about two weeks ago and i'am feeding the dry food regularly and sometimes i give them milk and boiled vegetables for better nutrition. soon ill get them the royal dry food.

4) i didnt bath them yet because iam afraid they get a cold and get sick :/ is It ok if i bath them and what shampoo should i bath them with.
5) and for the fish oil i dont think i can find that in egypt.
And for returning one for the breeder i really adore them both and i cant let go anyone of them:mad::screama:

As for them.. The are very playful and so energetic as though they eat very well that they clean the dish after eating:p I'am soon visiting another vet but i wold be so grateful if any of you helped me farther since iam really suffering to see them like that even though don't seem to realize anything on their bodies. *Note: it is only the black that has this skin problem really serious.

I don't think you dog foods over there are very good, a lot here aren't either.
Try to find a food WITHOUT corn, wheat or soy, any glutens( example is wheat or corn gluten) Try to find a food with a named meat meal, like chicken meal, salmon meal, duck or turkey meal as the FIRST AND SECOND ingredient in the ingredient list label on the dog food bag.

Tho unpasturized milk and boiled vegetables are okay, meat is much better for a dog food addition. Eggs are very good, too. Sardines are very good.

How old are they? Isn't it very warm there now. If it's very warm, you can bath the puppies if they're old enough and you can use cool, not cold, water. See if the vet has shampoo or order an oatmeal shampoo online for them. Oatmeal shampoo is soothing to the skin

Sure tomorrow ill be taking them to the best vet in town. As for keeping them both they are currently 57 days old but they are fighting between a while and another. I will be separating them in a month or two but considering returning one to their breeder i cant really leave anyone of them. i can put them in another house that they cant see each other. but that would be one month from now.

I think you need an actual diagnosis, from a good vet.

I think it's very possible this is a generalized staph infection, which means the pups need to be on antibiotics.

The primary cause of the staph infection could be a ton of different things--mange being one of them, a fungus like ringworm being another, but you'd need a vet to diagnose.

This is not a breed that thrives as an outside dog.

Even if it is common in your country to keep dogs this way, Dobermans do not handle weather well, and they were bred for a long, long time to be very bonded to, and work and live closely with, their human owner, so the way you are starting to raise them will not bring out the best in them.
