Is This What I Want? (Dremel Help)

So, I've been clipping Murphy's nails up until this point because it is what I did with our old dog. Unfortunately, Murphy's nails grow at lightning speed in comparison, and I'm having a hard time keeping up.

I'm actually beginning to feel bad, because I know they need to be shorter, but he isn't a fan of the clippers and I'm not a fan of stressing him out with them.

Time for the dremel I believe. I looked in the search function, but could only find old products and links that were no longer there. So, I'm wondering:

Do you just use a normal "tool" dremel, or do you buy one specifically for dogs? Can someone please point me in the right direction?

I found this for reference because it isn't overly expensive:

That looks about right. I think I just typed "dog dremel" in the search function on ebay and found a new dremel kit that was really affordable w/ free shipping.

Here's one on ebay for $31 with free expedited shipping:

Dremel 7300 PT Minimite 4 8V 2 Speed Dog Pet Nail Trimmer Cordless Rotary Tool | eBay

This is pretty much excactly like what I use. I need to dremel twice per week because Remy's nails grow at a rediculous pace, but honestly it's more like once per week.
