Lucky and Ilka have lightweight coats from Petsmart, and heavier coats from Jeffers. They're not the best, but they work.

| | Lil Pup | I really like the Weatherbeeta coats, I ordered mine from Jeffers - Pet Supplies, Equine Supplies, Livestock Supplies , and they are under $20! Weatherbeeta makes horse blankets as well, so they are similar in style to the horse blankets they make. Here is a link to one of the coatshttp://www.jefferspet.com/orican-squares-dog-blanket/p/0V-GA1/cn/100001/ |

| Sam wears a 26. He's about 88 lbs. The coat won't cover the entire body length. Sam's coat stops about 4 inches as well Quote:

| Chanel is fairly small - I was able to find a navy bright stripe dog parka as well as the mcdawg fleece. $10 shipping for both to Canada. (I just hope they post it, cause UPS's brokerage is expensive.)
Thanks for the info!

| Nice! I love Fido Fleece because it can be worn alone or if extra cold, layered under their Chilly Dog coat (from Canada) Chilly Dogs - Outdoor gear for Active Dogs - Dog Coats Quote:

Ivan's long and lanky and hasn't developed much of a chest at this point. He's a little over a year now. | Hi I've got the full range of Hurtta for my babies and love them.
My 10 month old girl is in a 55cm and they fit her well even though she hasn't filled out.
The other two girls both have 60 cm coats. I went up a size so it was bigger in the chest and they fit perfectly.

I've also got them the ultimate warmer for when we get the snow. These coats are fantastic the best coats I have seen. http://vimeo.com/m/45303316 Sent from my iPhone using Petguide.com Free App

Kate | I ended up keeping neither - the fido fleece was too small in the chest - I was reluctant to go up 7 inches to the next size - so it went to a friend's dog. (btw, the website sizing details were bigger than the hangtag. Another inch - like the website said - and it might have been okay.)
The navy bright stripe parka was a front opening. I haven't had a dog for 30 years, never had a dog that needed a coat & missed the fact that front opening with no stretch won't work on a dog with long legs. I sold that one on kijiji for my cost.
I ended up with a lovely winter coat from Chilly Dogs & now Chanel has the coat & the sweater.
Now - if only I could get rid of the static...... (I think it must be her fur, too dry?)
