I am very happy with my leather collar/leash set. It was custom-made for my dog's neck size, and the customer service was great. They were very happy to answer any questions I had, and were very prompt about returning emails for various questions and inquires on order status. It takes 6-8 weeks to receive the products from the time you place the order - as handmade products take time to make - but the wait was definitely worth it!

These leather collars/leashes are meant to be "forever" collars/leashes - meaning they will last the dog's lifetime, and through all weather conditions. The leather is designed to wear very well and actually get better with time, especially if you condition it regularly with leather conditioner such as mink oil.

Looks like Petey and Red will be sporting the same collars and leashes. I really like the Griffin Deluxe after looking at it for 6 long months, should I shouldn't I? Hubby said YES nothing but the best for our boy! So I ordered it. I opted for the 3/4 inch matching leash instead of the 1 inch.

They are EXCELLENT getting back to you and confirming exactly what you want. Petey's collar will be his 2nd Birthday gift. I will post pictures of him wearing it on his Birthday.

I agree.. paco are great !! you can see my 2 in my sig sporting there paco bling !!

i had a prob with missys collar and i am getting a completely different collar free of charge in replacement.. her old collar is going to a rescue/shelter !!

So apparently problems are not very frequent.. but they sure do look after you if there is one !!

I love the look of the paco collars and cant wait for Ellie to stop growing so we can get her one, the only thing will be deciding which design to go for....

Can't wait to see that handsome studmuffin in his new bling when it arrives!!

Paco redid their site as far as organizing the different sizes of collars, and some price changes as well. Now you can search by size (small, medium, large) instead of star, celtic, etc. And the "deluxe" means that the collar is double layered. I'm really glad I got a double layered one. I had originally ordered a single layer Celtic collar, then changed my mind 3 weeks after ordering it, and they were so helpful and willing to change my order for me to the Pandora instead. I am VERY satisfied with the customer service!

The collars look very beautiful but the leather does not look very soft or should I say supple. What is the leather like?
