| K9 Showstopper I've seen this product mentioned several times in the recent weeks on this forum and thought I'd offer my own personal review I started Chi on it 1 week ago. Chi has always suffered from mild allergies but Texas is not agreeing with her at all! Her coat has been dry, she has hives and she's just been itchy. She's also coming off a case of mange and had lost quite a bit of weight over the move.
My expectation for showstopper weren't that high. I totally trust the people who reccomended it but I ordered it with a "I'll have to see it to believe it" attitude.
So far I am very happy! I still give her benadryl daily - she has a few hives on her shoulders but not nearly as bad as they were. Her coat is growing back in where she had lost it from the mange. Her coat has always been a little thin between her shoulders but it appears to be thicker and overall she's much shinier!
Now, I don't know if I can attribute all of this to Showstopper - we have just in the past couple months switched her over to Pro-plan so the new food might deserve some credit too.
I'm hoping that in the next week or so we see less itchy and are able to stop giving benadryl - I know that this, like all other supplements, take time to get into the system and really work but so far I am happy with the results. And Chi LOVES it, I swear it's like crack to her! She's always been a chow hound but she is positively giddy at breakfast time!

I'm not much for testamonials, but K9 Showstopper and Hondas live up to the hype, IMO. LOL.

| I agree with what other's have said re Showstopper. There were several fellow club members using it with great results on some poor coats to begin with. A few weeks back I picked some up to give it a try, granted Rex had a great coat to begin with and no coat related issues. After just a couple weeks I noticed how much softer and fuller his coat was and like other's have said he too loves the taste of it. One of my cats now jumps on the kitchen counter and sets next to the container even after getting hit several times by the squirt gun! So the container needs to find a different place to live.

| Just an update - 2 solid weeks into supplementing with showstopper -
Chi's coat has never been so good - She's shiny, soft and she doesn't stink. She's always been a stinky dog but her odor has vanished since she's been on K9SS.
Her bumps and hives are all gone, most if not all hair has grown back in.
I could not be happier with this product!

I could not be happier with this product! | I too am really sold on the product, I'm calling my local store who carries it and having them get the 7 pound container. It's expensive but the price drops pretty good with the larger container's. If I could just keep my cat from going nuts everytime the stuff come out!!! I'm about to start feeding him some.

| Got mine today.....Petey is still on his diet....do I need to cut back his food a bit because of the extra calories and fat?
I have to say.....he really LOVED his ground mixed with it!

| Where do you buy it at? Are there any stores that sell it or can I only buy it online? I'd like to be able to buy it from an actual store... |

Robin said she gets it from a family owned feed store in her town though...

I'm also a die hard Honda fan, Laura :-)
