I also use the superfuel in the water after he works especially in hot weather.

| there's nothing in it that's harmful to cats that i can see. i dont know what the trademarked items are, but typically if its safe for a dog to eat, its safe for a cat.

| Kim,
I've not seen a noticable change in Chi's engery - She's a nut who bounces everywhere anyway.

I'm about to start feeding him some. | I buy it straight from the manufacturer. 7 pounds costs $50.99, no shipping, no tax. We don't have any stores around here that stock it, although there is usually a vendor at the local shows that carries it and seems to have "show specials".
I also use their electrolyte powder, Go Dog. All of my dogs love the taste of it, and I've found it very helpful for getting my senior boy to drink when he's getting a little dehydrated.

One of my red girls has a coat like the average blue dog - very sparse, coarse and wiry, weird hair follicles, and she has always had a funky smell. I think that she has follicular dysplasia. After 6 weeks on Showstopper, her coat has improved at least 100% and is still getting better. It's thicker than it's been in years, feels smoother and is MUCH shinier. She'll never have a normal coat, but the improvement is very noticeable.
I've fed a lot of supplements over the years, and sometimes there might be a small improvement in coat quality, but it's never been worth the added expense. This stuff *works*. I wish I could afford to feed it to all of my dogs.

| Ha! He sounds an awful lot like Chi though - I don't think she could have more energy than she already does - if she did, she'd certainly start flying!
Let us know how he does on it! Quote:
