Buster Cube

I've seen some posts on here about the Buster Cube before, but I never knew what it was. We've noticed lately that Beto has been eating SUPERFAST, and what with bloat worries, we were really concerned. We had our first training session with our trainer on Monday and he suggested the Buster Cube to us for feeding Beto his meals. I tried it out today and gave it to Beto for lunch. I put it on the easy setting and it took him almost a whole hour to get his food out (I don't know if it's because he's just a pup, or he's "special" lol, or both) and now he's exhausted! I'm planning on using it to feed him his breakfast in the mornings so that he gets himself tuckered out before going in the crate. Anyone else feed their Dobes using this?

We have one, but we don't use it during feeing times. I suppose you could, but you'd probably have to fill it a few times.

It's made of hard, durable plastic, which is great for doberchewers. BUT...if you have hardwood and/or tile floors, be prepared for quite a racket! I just found this product at Petco http://www.retailpets.com/amazaballs2.html, it's similar and made of rubber. JW Pets has some pretty durable toys, but even still, I'm careful not to let Tess chew on it too much after she's gotten the treats/kibble out.

An hour!? Lucky! W can empty a full cube on super-hard in less than 10 minutes. He loves that thing though, chases the cats around with it!
