Well the end of a very nice year for us. Tamora & I are heading for the Agility Invitationals in Orlando. Tamora is my first agility dog.

| Atlas & Tamora settled in Ky. However they quickly joined us in bed when we went to bed for the night. Thats their treat when we travel ,they get to be bed hogs.  T
The room we got was a suite, (free with points, light dinner included and breakfast) Will be hard to leave this place, but warmer (hopefully) we will find in GA, our next stop.

| Well lets see, The hotel we stayed at in GA had a faulty fire alarm that went off 4 times. Thank goodness not after 9 p.m. (a good reason not to leave your dogs unattended in a hotel room--this happend to us once before at an out of town trial at 3a.m. That was a hotel evacuation.
Weather in GA is cold and damp. I kind of hope it is cooler in Florida. I would prefer semi crating in the car. (more comfortable for the dogs) crating maps look tight.
We lost an hour in the time change for us. | |

| In Orlando.
The dogs are learning to be urban dwellers. We are located in a sea of hotels on the 3rd floor(so much for a rquest months ago for a ground floor)
Did find a tiny piece of grass to get the job done though.
Glad we stopped at a few rest stops for exercise before we got here.
T2B tomorrow. Unload car starting in the a.m with only a few unloading at a time and 20 mins. to unload. Coarse maps at noon, check for my info packet, I forget when ,and competition at 2p.m.. I am #100 and something I think. It changes with each run. (different judges too)
Seems confusing, but they probably have it all figured out. I heard lots of vendors will be here.
Starting to see a few dogs. Hope I can catch OB and some breed. Not sure if thats possible.
For me most of the anxiety about this is getting where you are suppose to be at the right time.
I hope I can actually watch some runs. Should be awesome! | |
