Anyone know if you can enter a cropped and docked Dobermann in the idc anymore? Can't seem to find the answers I'm looking for on the net if anyone's got links or info that would help it would be greatly aprishated

Yes you can...whatever gave you the idea that you can not enter a cropped/docked dog to IDC?

Yer and because of all the stupid rules spreading around the world lol and I read somewhere on here how someone couldn't enter there dog to a idc show because there dog was cropped and docked import and because the country he was coming from he couldn't enter it there

Id imagine, being England, where we generally are herded by rules as much as possible you cant. But i honestly have no idea, but it wouldnt suprise me if you rang them and they said no.

In fact i would go as far as saying i would be suprised if you could

That's why I want to find out now befor I put hours and a few years of effort in as will just be wasted lol

There is a FB group called 'UK working dobermanns' you might get a reply from someone in the UK there who's competing.

I would have thought you could, sportd clubs over here certainly take cropped dobes and I believed it was just the Kennel Club that doesn't allow you to compete.

It depends on the country where it is held. I believe they have to uphold the countries laws in regards to cropping/docking. If it is held in a place that still allows it, the cropped and docked dogs are allowed.

True...that's why IDC always organizes the World Championship in countries that allow C/D...(for now that is..looks like this won't be the case for much long)
