Introducing Reina

Well guys the hunting dog is with us, she is about 1 year to 18 month old, is one huge ball of energy and has taken to playing with Toby wonderfully.

Here she is.

As yet the Bulldog is being held to ransom by the owners mum, she loves her apparently, doesnt walk her, doesnt take her to the vet when she needs it, etc, etc, but she loves her.

At least Reina is home.

Reina is a Lab/Pointer cross so I could say she is a designer dog, a "Pointador". LOL!

She is a failed hunting dog, mainly because the guy who owned her thought all he had to do with regards training is take her with him on a hunt and she would know what to do. When she naturally didnt he used to hit her and then tie her to a tree and leave her whilst he carried on hunting.

My plan is to take her to the vets and get her checked out.

She isn't spayed and we believe she isn't up to date with her vaccinations, thankfully my boys practically glow in the dark with theirs so I am not too worried.

Reina sleeping

I'm glad you were able to get her, at least. Maybe the guy's mom will get tired of the Bulldog, and you will be able to take her, also.

She's very pretty, by the way.

Oooo, she is pretty...even if her eyes are kinda scarey in the first two pictures.

Her owner sounds like a real winner...
