| Meet Timber
We believe he is a Catahoula/Bull Terrier mix. Under 2yrs old (1.5-2yrs old)
He was found as a stray in extremely emaciated state. He has had some groceries since then. He is extremely fearful of people, but since being home from the shelter I am actually able to touch him and he will take a treat from me... He wouldn't do that when I first met him.
When we first met Timber   
Tonight he is home with me  
And out of all the dog beds I have downstairs he plopped himself under my tree Awwwww    
For anyone concerned him and Jones have interacted just fine for the brief moment I did introductions. Timber was pretty happy to see another dog. He was kept in a run by himself because they said he was in a kennel fight while he was being held as a stray, but no one saw it, and so no one knows what happened or who started it, one of the shelter volunteers had to fight to keep him alive... The local rescue(also my friend) heard about him and needed a foster home (and I was open). So here he is...
While he was being walked down the kennel aisle he didn't show any want to fence fight, he hasn't displayed aggression nor dominating postures to Jones, but he is new here and will be watched like a hawk.
Also, Timber will not be getting the privileges like most my fosters of being left out with Jones while I am not home.
He will be getting neutered tomorrow and also having a retained baby tooth(K9) removed.

| Neuter went well.
And the goober refuses to lay on a dog bed... I bought 4 new ones they are laying all over the floor in random spots (typically where he has been laying...) He's just finding new spots to lay... Right now he's chosen to sleep on my gross nasty sweaty sneakers.

We were thinking Bull Terrier because his ears are very Bull Terrier-esk....
But he could be a "Hog Dog" too just a plain old mutt of what someone thought would make a good dog to go hunting hogs with, on the traverse of that he might have been a mix of what someone though would be a good fight dog.
Crazy thing I found out today also when he was found he weighed 26lbs in 5 weeks he doubled in weight!

My Catahoula pup doubled his weight very quickly, too. Amazing what happens when they get good nutrition, huh?

| I hope I can safely without jinxing myself that Timber did not cause the kennel fight. Ever since he came home he's enjoyed Jonesy's presence... tail wags when he is around... no tail wag when he isn't around... Safe to say that Timber trust dogs more than he trust people. He willingly comes up to me (doesn't really want me to touch him yet) but will let me pet him as long as I have treats.
Today was the first day they played and ran around a little bit. (Kept it short because of the neuter)
