Awesome pictures!!!

I want a farm of my own someday. *sigh* I'm home at my parents' right now for the holiday weekend and it kills me to leave. Farms are good for the soul.

Gorgeous photos. Love all the animals. Our next door neighbors where we just moved to have lots of animals and I love hearing the roosters crowing. They have a horse, goats, chickens, pheasants, cats, dogs, peacocks, etc. Will have to get over to take pictures soon. Thanks for sharing these wonderful pictures.

Are they all pets or are some raised for eating?

Great pics, love the Boxers and is that an old Great Dane or the like?

They are all pets. My sister rides the horses a lot and the chickens and ducks are for the eggs. The ducks are Muscovy from South America. She recently bought the two goats to take care of the poison ivy around the property. I never knew that they can eat it and not get poison. The Dane is Merlin and he's 10 years old. He's a sweet old soul . The Boxers on the other hand, are a couple of nuts.

Thanks everyone, the farm is very restful!

Elaine

That ol' Dane is just so handsome!
I'd love to have a farm someday. As soon as the DH is retired that is the plan! (Is it bad that I'm planning for retirement at 23? lol.)
