| Prime and Zelda will possibly be getting a new sister..
She's a craigslist re-home, the owner has pitched her out in the backyard because she is going back to work and wants her to have a better life. She can't keep her inside for whatever reason.
I've been wanting a black GSD and we haven't had any come through the rescue. Saw this female on CL and really liked her description. The BF and I took Z & P over to the owner's house and spent 2 hours there, everyone met and did beautifully together. The GSD rolled over for us and showered us with kisses. We won't be able to foster with a 3rd dog for a while but that's ok, we'll pick it back up in time.
We should be picking her up this week sometime and we'll see how it works out! We are very excited  She is 16 months old, already spayed and current on everything. They showed us how she kennels on command, heh. She is a tad bit overweight but I will whip her into shape in no time! |

| Here's one pic the woman sent me, the rest are of "Bella" lying with their grandson or cuddling in bed with them. 
Nice people but I can't wait to get her out of there. I hate that she's already stuck outside all day. There are two Rottweilers that live in the backyard behind theirs and they were pretty fence aggressive. Bella didn't react once though and she just happily hung around us and tried to entertain Zelda and prime so I was pleased with that. Zelda of course is a diva and must think she's the size of a mastiff because she would occasionally go puff up at the Rottweilers and teased them to play, which only set them
Off lol. It was crazy when we were leaving, she tried to bulldoze her way to the door to
leave with us!
Her name will be changed and when I saw her I immediately knew what nerdy name is going to be perfect for her: Rogue, the x men because she is black but has a small patch of white on her chest. XD

They already have a 7 year old GSD and I guess at least they're not dumping him, but who will ever really know the real reason. It was not a nice area and I hate to think of this sweet girl left to her own devices in a backyard all day with dog aggressive Rotts behind the fence. | |

I was wanting a solid black but I couldn't resist her personality when I met her. She has the white spot and some tan bleeding through on her paws, but not as much as a bi-color. | |

| The owner thinks it is cruel to crate her all day while she is at work and I guess they wont let her roam the house, so she wanted to rehome to someone who will keep her inside. I am glad the owner is letting her go to me, this dog is incredibly sweet and I hate to think of the weirdos on craigslist that could have gotten her. It sucks though because she didn't do any sort of vet or home check for us. Someone could so easily lie to her face and take the dog and do god knows what with it. Being involved in rescue, I just shudder to think of the possible outcomes that could have happened! | |

| I picked Rogue up today and we're on our way to to my work so I can give her a good bath, then we're going out for collar/leash and toy shopping.
She is so adorable! I stopped by my boyfriend's office so he could see her and his co-workers loved her. She just loves to collapse into people's laps and roll over for belly scratches.

| Thanks meadow, we are so excited to show her an awesome life. The previous owner was talking with me before I left with her and her daughter said "well now that Bella is gone, Chris(her boyfriend) won't have anyone to mess with, he won't have a show to put on every night for us anymore"
I was like "huh?" and the mom went on to tell me how the boyfriend would chase her around with a big stick and she'd get so scared she would run in every direction trying to get away. They all thought it was funny.
I bit my tongue and tried to get her out of there as fast as I could!
