Luckily I get to bring my dogs to work with me and use the groom room for free, it helps me out a LOT since I live in an apartment. Prepping/bathing Zelda takes a couple of hours...I'm not so sure I'll own a double-coated breed again after her, lol. Then again I love the puffy/cuddliness of them. Torn. | |

| I groomed my rough coated Collie Kinder last week- took me almost 3 hrs! But in the end it is so worth it! I LOVE when she is freshly groomed, the smell, being able to run my fingers through her hair- I just LOVE it! | |

We all cringe at work when a Sibe comes in for a bath.......we just know we're in for a "you're killing me!!!!" scream fest!
A Sibe breeder once explained it to me thusly: In Siberia, if you get wet you freeze to death.
Makes sense to me!

Kinder looks like a sweetheart. I love tris! Here is my parent's tri-colored BC, Rex. I could write a novel about how much I love this dog and how much of a loyal and faithful companion he's been for the family. I've never known another dog in my life with such soulful/expressive eyes. He is really tuned into our emotions.      | |
