Different dogs are wrapped for different things, but most of the wraps you saw in the photos were to protect the stop pads. They tend to burn them off when they crash to a stop on the dry grass. We burned up a handful of pads over the weekend.

None of my guys were entered, they were just there for training. I have two young girls that are getting close to competing. Even if they were entered though I wouldn't be able to take pictures of them and handle them at the same time.

Dogs just naturally chase a lure. The lure is a combination of white plastic garbage bags, and either a fresh raw rabbit hide or a "squawker".

Don't know them. If they don't have whippets I probably wouldn't. Plus I don't lure course, I only race. And yes, I see bully whippets all the time.
