Hello, I'm (obviously) a newbie and was directed here by PatchworkRobot. I don't own a Dobe, but have hopes of getting one within the next few years. I don't have a lot of experience with the breed, but I worked at a dog daycare for several months where we had a few Dobie clients so I did get to interact with them several days a week. I was interested in the breed before that job, but that experience definitely cemented it for me, I gotta have one of these dogs in my life!
I currently own two dogs.. Corona, a 5y/o female CKC Chihuahua, and George, a 10y/o Boston Terrier-Corgi rescue.
I live in BC, Canada and am currently in college part time, graduating in May and then hopefully moving back to Calgary or Toronto... wherever the work is!
Guess that's me in a nutshell. Hope to learn more about these cool dogs and get to know some of their great owners.  |

| I am going to OUC! Making the 50 minute drive to the Vernon campus 3 times a week, which is crummy this time of year. Can't wait to be done and making a real wage for once.. I'm working p/t at a clothing store right now for $10/hr and it's BRUTAL, lol.
Hence the reason for waiting to get myself a Dobe.. I'd LOVE to have one now, but the responsible thing to do is wait.. stupid being responsible..
