| New in Tennessee
Hi everyone!
I am near Nashville, TN.
I grew up with Airedale Terriers. But about seven years ago my partner really wanted a Doberman. So I got her one. A beautiful, clever, red girl named Isabella Bleu. At the time, we had done some research on the bread and what it would require. But over the years, through trial and error, we learned many things we had no clue about. LOL
Bella was a joy for seven years. She died suddenly, one day short of her 7th birthday. We aren't sure if it was a stroke or a massive seizure (not her heart or vWD). Either way, she was gone within seconds and we are still reeling from her loss.
I decided to come here and join now, because I want to keep in touch with this beautiful breed. I want to learn more so that when (in a year or more) I am ready to get another dog I will be an even better parent.
I probably won't post often, but appreciate this community and the wealth of knowledge and love of Dobies I'm sure I will find here.
