| Thank you all! What a great forum and website to be a part of!! Here's a little more on Jasmine's story: I rescued her from the humane society near where I live in Indiana. She was surrendered because her previous owner decided they didn't want her anymore (awful! but lucky for me!). Apparently she didn't come when they called and she chased cars (both behaviors that were fixed within the first two days). Pretty bad reasons if you ask me, but I'm their loss is my amazing gain!!
She is extremely loving and friendly with other animals and people, and I now realize just how true the saying is about dobermans that they are "velcro dobes!"
Oh....and when she wants something, she's got the "sad puppy dog look" down!!
