| New member, new to Dobermans
Hi I'm new here. I stumbled over this forum looking for tips on my Doberman/Irish Wolfhound mix. I know what a mix! Perseus found me a little over a month ago, his owners didn't really care about him and he kept coming to my house. The last time he came he scratched at the front door for me to let him in, I finally asked his owners what they were doing with him and got the response " who cares he needs to go to the pound he's a horrible dog." Me being me I couldn't let that happen so Perseus got a new name ( they simply called him 'dog') and a new home. I've never had a Doberman before. He's half Irish Wolfhound but seems to have the temperment and personality of a Doberman. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks and good to meet you all in advance. |
