|  Hi From Northeast PA!!
I am SO glad I've found this site! I know your advice will be invaluable as I've just brought home a little 7 week old Doberman girl named Mina.
I've loved this breed for years--beginning when I first met "Max" about 15+ years ago at the SPCA I volunteered at---he was such a sweet boy. Since then, I've had a few friends that have them and I am in love! They are such a beautiful, intelligent breed. Teaching Mina to sit after only having her one day, has been quite successful already!
I have two other dogs that are rescues--a German Shepherd mix male (that looks EXACTLY like a Dutch Shepherd) and a Boxer mix female who is no bigger than a Beagle. They love little Mina!
This is the first young puppy I have had. My GSD mix was 8 months old and the Boxer mix was almost 4 months old when we got them. I am just so excited! I love seeing the pics on here of all of your beautiful Dobie's. I look forward to sharing my stories as Mina grows! |

 | Good luck with your new puppy. She is extremely young - did something happen to the dam, that the puppies were given homes so young? Anyway, post some pictures, as we always love to see new members' fur families.
