I agree that she does look purebred.
Dobermans do come in fawn as well, so having fawn littermates is not a sign that she is not a dobe. Unless by fawn you mean more like a Grt Dane type fawn or Boxer fawn color - Dobes do not come in those colors. It's also possible for litters to have multiple sires - so if the bitch was bred by both a doberman and something else, you have potential for both purebred and mixbreed pups in the litter.
If you really want to have a better idea, there is blood testing available now to determine what breeds are in a mixed breed dog (Wisdom Panel)
The Wisdom Panelâ„¢ MX Mixed Breed Analysis test answers 'What's My Dog?'
One problem w/ the test - not all breeds are included in what they can test for.
After looking over some of the their Gallery - every dog had some statement about its results "other breeds to distant to detect"? The results were not anywhere near as cut & dry as you might think and some of them really don't seem to make sense - especially if you look at the sure number of certain breeds in this country. I noticed Japanese chin came up in a bunch of them... Not like they a common breed by any stretch of the imagination. Leonberger... yet another not common breed. Not to say they couldn't be these, but I just find it hard to believe that every other mixed breed dog includes some rare or uncommon dog in its ancestry?
Anyway, congrats on your new pup!
