| Hello from Idaho! Hey Everybody!
I joined the forum recently after lurking for a little while - I've loved all the advice, pictures and funny stories that everyone has to share. My husband and I are on the waiting lists at Crestline and Marienburg in Montana, and are hoping to bring home a puppy in December. Needless to say, we are overflowing with excitement!
We've been searching for the right dog for about a year now, and we've been soaking up all the information we can get our hands on (maybe too much? We now own 3 seasons of The Dog Whisperer and bore all of our friends with discussions on training techniques, breed characteristics, breeding practices, common health problems, etc, etc... )
Anyways, we'll try to keep ya'll posted on the puppy stuff, but keep up the good work - it's great to be learning so much from the forum! |

| No way! We're Moscowites as well! We haven't seen many dobermans around town, though - we'd love to meet yours sometime! Do you know of any other Moscow dobie owners? We should have a meetup! Thanks for shouting out! |

Thanks for shouting out! | There's a few of us, Dragonman here on DT is from Pullman, she has 2 show Dobe's, Drago and Mariah, Berkshire is in Moscow too, she has Tucker which is Mariah's brother from the same litter. We had a meetup at Mtn. View Park a few weeks back. 5 Dobe's in attendance and it was a blast! Our rescue girl Rainie, who is 10+ years old, was the grumpy GrannyDobe keeping all theyoungsters in line! All of the dogs seemed to enjoy themselves and appeared to know that they were all Dobermans. As far as other Dobe owners, I know there are some, I see folks walking with their Dobe's sometimes, and run into a few at the park once in a while. Tracy (Dragonman) has said she'd like to start up a local club! I, of course, think this is a fantastic idea. Shoot me a P.M., maybe we can set up another meetup.
Mike
