Hi there! Yes, coffee beans - I have a small farm here in Costa Rica, and haved lived here for over 9 years. I've always enjoyed living outside the US and CR suits me well for retirement - lots of adventure and nature here.
Yes, I got Ziva here. I love cropped ears but left hers natural as it seemed hard to find someone here who would do them correctly.

Hi CRDobe, I hope I am sending you a PM. The Faces to Names thread says no comments, just photos, so that is why I am sending a PM. Are those coffee beans in your basket?? Do you live in Costa Rica year around and why did you move there? It looks like a beautiful place. How did you get your Doberman? Take her with you or buy her when in Costa Rica? I always have more questions than are probably allowable - I hope you don't mind.

Oops, I only just got this!
2-3% of ideal body weight of food per day - ie. 50 lb dog gets 1.25 - 1.5 lbs per day.
Of that 10% is beef liver and kidneys, 60% meat like beef heart, tripe, chicken, chicken gizzards, etc and the last 30% is RMB - I use chicken necks and backs.
My butcher will grind up the liver, kidneys and the meat together, so for 50 lb dog I would give a little over 1 lb of this mince then the rest the bones.
Balance over time, like a week, works as well, and is easier, than exact porportion at each meal.
She gets an egg daily, some sardines in water once a week, a T. of plain yogurt once or twice a week.
I found Raw Fed Dogs - Natural Prey Model Rawfeeding Diet VERY helpful!
Sorry this is late, but hope it helps!
