Hi Dobes23. I read the thread you started a while ago about puppy nipping. Our pup is 3 months now, and all the same stuff you're going through with yours is identical to what we're going through with ours (just a month behind). I was just wondering how that's going for you? Is your puppy still biting/nipping at you or your legs? Got some gnarly cuts and bruises on my calves from trying to walk away from the puppy! What technique worked best for you to get your puppy to stop nipping (so much at least). We tried ignoring, walking away, holding the muzzle, loud ouch or no sound, and a squirt bottle! the squirt bottle works only when we are holding it (then she knows we mean business and she wont do it). walking away doesn't work when she's excited cuz she'll come at our legs/feet. a loud ouch/no and holding the muzzle doesn't work. i thought since you are about a month ahead of us, i wanted to see how everything turned out or what advice you can pass onto us!

He just got em, but now he's got to wait 10 days before he can get out there!

Must be nice living up there in the country where you got some more space and what not! We'll have to get the guys together some time.
