Did I miss where it said how long a session is? what does "3 sessions in a row" exactly mean? I know the things I've shaped with my dog "stick" sooner and last longer vs things I might lure for example. I haven't trained Gabby with anything new in over a year at least. My trainer friend came over to work with Envy and did some shaping with Gabby. The first trick she offered was the last trick I trained which I never fully trained/named.

I think they mean a 20min total split into 3.
I thought 20 mins of solid training is a bit much though from what I have learned recently, but then again that's what Zak george says is ideal and he's pretty good at it.
