Bumpy has been really good the last week. We do have an appt with a great trainer about an hour from home - thank you to the person on here who guided me to this trainer - and he will evaluate my boy and go from there. He was referred to me by Adlercrest Dobermans and comes highly recommended. That will be this Saturday and I will post how that goes.

I'm glad to hear that you're taking pro active steps to getting this resolved - glad too that he's been a good boy this past week!

Good to hear, lanabana. I'm glad you've had a good week with Bumpy.

Perhaps things have just been feeling a little "unstable" for him (and yourself and the rest of the pack too), and I bet with the help of this trainer, you will be able to re-establish this stability in your home. I think everything is going to turn out just fine.

Good luck!

I met with an amazing trainer yesterday...I am so excited. He is a schutzhund judge, trainer, etc here in Southern Cal. He said fine tuning Bumpy will be very easy....Bump caught on really quickly to some minor corrections. So happy to hear he was just challenging me and it is not a major issue.
