| Schutzhund Club Columbia, South Carolina Hey guys!
I am thinking about trying to join a schutzhund club in Columbia, South Carolina to train with Lewis Lundy. I have heard all good about this trainer. He is supposed to be very positive and he's had 18 years experience. Many peopleI know around NC go to him fortraining. There are a handful of Dobermans that train with him. Bob Vandiver with Mistel Dobermans "Expert doberman breeders producing doberman puppies considering health, temperament, and correct conformation for show, obedience, agility, sport, and companionship" trains with Lewis on a regular basis. There is also a well known Doberman handler Kris that is also training with Lewis. I am very excited and willing to learn. I think it would boost both of my dogs confidence and give us some more bonding time. (Not that either one is lacking confidence).
Here is the link to Lewis Lundy Training... Lundy Training Kennels - Home
I would LOVE some feedback and wish us luck!!!

| I grew up in SC and my parents live in Columbia. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the clubs down there. I currently live in NJ. If you go, be sure to let us know all about it! I'm anxious to hear!

| Just wanted to let everyone know that we went to schutzhund Saturday and had a great time. Lewis is a outstanding handler. He is extremlely positive and knows how to read animals.
Suri didn't do much on the field. She did not know exactly what was expected of her so we will go again this weekend. Wish us luck.
On a side note, this is a sport that requires A LOT of time, energy, and work. Kudos to those of you that do this! Anyone involved in this sport has really made an accomplishment.
There are about 4 or 5 Dobermans in the club.

| | Alpha | Good for you. Is schutzhund a blast or what ?!?! I always love to hear of one more dobie out there on the field making our presence known.
How old is your prospective little girl ? |
