| I totally understand and feel anger with you. I was in management for twenty years (back in school now) and the most critical things for me were PEOPLE FIRST, and ACCOUNTABILITY (do what we say were gonna do, when we say were gonna do it, or supposed to do it). If your boss told you this or this is a standard procedure, this should be at the TOP of the list!! Some people just don't get these concepts and cannot understand why their employees or co-workers are unhappy. Hang in there!! |

| Maybe you need to be more persistent by placing your e-val, past evals, your long and short term goals. Perhaps some suggestions to make the office run more smoothly, all on his desk some morning before he gets in. Then follow up with a verbal, "just checking to see if you got all of my info". Wait a day or so, ask again. Then visit your office with Drake!!!

| | Alpha | Don't you hate it. Last year i was promoted to manager and my top priority was not to treat my employees the way that my bosses had treated me in the past. The problem is i am to nice to my employees and they all stab me in the back. My yearly is up next month and i don't feel to secure in my position but oh well i refuse to treat my employees like sh**. |

It all comes back to us either way and furthermore, the example you set will certainly be noticed, absorbed and then hopefully duplicated by one or more of your peers or subordinates. |
