| When I bought Toby I was offered his registration papers.
For an extra 300 euros.
Now I never intended to Show, Compete, Breed from my boy and so declined, to me they would be superflous. Whilst some might say having such is important fact is I had no way of proving my boy (other than DNA tests I guess) was from the lineage reported on the pedigree. BYB are not renowned for their ethics after all. And whilst the guy I bought Toby from was better than most, I wasnt about to line his pockets or the bottom of my drawer for/with a piece of paper that was of no use to me.

| If they have bred the litter, that's prohibited on CL.
If they are selling animals, rather than just adopting out a single animal who needs a new home, that's prohibited.
There are some spammers on CL now, mostly the old Nigerian scam--lots of EB, Yorkie, and Siberian ads are that scam--that you could flag as "spam."
It's supposed to be an adoption resource, to help keep animals needing new homes out of the kill shelters--not a FREE advertising source for BYBs, greeders, and scammers.
Ads for stud service or soliciting stud service, likewise, prohibited.
I also flag any ads that advertise any animals as "good for breeding," or as a "breeding pair." That is also prohibited on CL.

| I don't think CL gives out the info, on how many flags it takes to flag down any one listing.
I know it takes more than one flag, and the multiple flags have to be from multiple IPs.
In other words, one vindictive flag campaign by one person against another person's ad, won't work 
I find it particularly funny when the person whose ad is flagged down then comes on ranting about how they are gonna beat the azz of "who ever flagged my ad" down.
Also, CL asks the community to self-police, and to flag down ads that break the rules, but then you see whiney-butt posts about how flaggers are "trouble-makers" and flaggers "hate puppies and don't want to see them find good homes."
Um, yeah, that's it.
