| Jodi Arias Trial--Court TV Are any of you watching this murder trial?
OMG, talk about overkill!!! That poor guy had no idea what was coming.
It was tragic what happened to an apparently decent guy. I feel for his family having to hear what he suffered.
And Jodi...talk about creepy. The more I watched, the more her "not being normal", her creepiness stood out. The best way to describe her is Stepford Wife...and if I was her lawyer, I would be CREEPED OUT!!!
Talk about a budding serial killer...

| I can only see what they show on CNN or the national nightly news reports. The local news channels don't mention it really. She seems a bit odd, that's the nicest thing I can say. I wish I could see more on it, I'm interested in the case. Sent from my iPhone using Petguide.com Free App

Sent from my iPhone using Petguide.com Free App | You know I wonder if you could watch clips if you went to the TruTV site? Just discovered after Trutv stops coverage at 2:00 cst, HLN(whatever that is...something news) picks up. Dr Drew is on that channel...he's been talking with Nancy Grace about it.
After he broke up with her, this girl moved to his town, was crawling thru his doggy door and sleeping on his couch, watching him with his new girlfriend.
She was supposed to watch a friends cat for 2 wks and put it in a dark room with food and
water and left it...she said it was shaking when she got it out. That's all they said about the cat.
This girl spent the nite with him, took pictures, took more pictures of him in the shower. Next thing is a picture of shower ceiling...she stabbed him like 27 or 29 times, cut his throat ear to ear...to the spine...and then shot him in the head. Three accidental pictures...one of her leg, foot, the back of his head and partial back/shoulder/arm with blood running down back...apparently dead with her dragging him. He had staggered out of the shower, down the hallway to bedroom entrance. She thought she had wiped bloody hand and foot prints up...but missed ONE palmprint and hair complete with root and his blood. She deleted pictures and threw camera in washing machine w/bleach and ran thru cycle(my underdtsnding) BUT deleting pictures only allows another picture in that space, but old picture stays there till that happens. Oh yeah, pics were time stamped so they know within seconds when she attacted and minutes when he died.
Then she drives up to Utah and humps on another guy...who's so lucky she got caught.
It just ALL blows your mind...and thru it all, to now, she has this bland expression to her eyes. She might smile, but her eyes never change. One of his friends said her eyes where empty and he felt she was creepy(his words). This was when she first walked into the room at his first sight of her...his internal alarm went off.
She has now started looking like her female attorney...hair style, dress, donned similar eyeglasses...cccrrreeepppyyy!!!

| Yeah, it has a lot of attention locally. They're live blogging it in addition to the various video feeds. It's really kind of sad that our society has come to the point where a murder trial is entertainment. There are some very gruesome photos and details that I don't know why anyone would voluntarily want to see. (And I'm saying this as someone in the legal profession). |

| some people are just plain evil. Werent they saying something like the justification for all of this was that he was abusive or something. Now i have dealt with a few schmucks in my lifetime and 2 abusive relationships...and although i have no kind words for the 2 of exes , stabbing, shooting etc in that manner is nuts. I watched about 10 mins of nancy grace and was done. |

They are not showing all the pics on court tv, actually very few. They must have shown more where you live.
The legal system, how peoples minds work, how criminals are caught, the trial system, etc are very interesting to me. Quote:

| Yeah, I can see the psychology standpoint of it. At this point, though, all defense is doing is trying to get a lesser included rather than the death penalty. Though they are using a justification defense, it still likely won't be enough to get a not guilty. Her story has changed a lot, from intruders, his being shot, to him being abusive and now claiming self-defense. It's nuts.
I'm in Phoenix. This has been innundating us for awhile now. I think a lot of people here are just tired of hearing about it. I feel bad for the family of the victim having to have this aired on national television and not being able to get away from it even if they wanted to. |

I think they migh succeed if for no other reason than one can see, over a relatively short period of time, that something is SERIOUSLY wrong with her. I do think she should never be free as she is a danger to society.
Oh yeah, I bet everyone close to Mesa is sick of hearing about it. Its been four years since the murder. I don't understand why it took so long to come to trial???
This is horrible for his family!!! He was apparently a very good guy and helped a lot of people down on their luck. |

| We are only allotted so much MBs in data a month. After that its a ridiculous overage charge for every little bit you go over. I'm guessing because they just don't have the infrastructure here. But then again. We don't even have 3G or any phone data. My phone doesn't work at all unless its on wifi and I use it for Internet and to load the forum (loads quicker). The Internet and cable combo up here is $205 a month and its sloooooowwww and we get about 30 channels.
Everything here is run by a generator which is powered by diesel. Regular gas here is $4.80 a gallon.
Basically. I miss civilization, my dogs, being able to drive to go somewhere, and everything. This place is pretty but it's boring and dogless well my dogs anyways. It hasn't snowed that much and there weren't 120 mph wind gusts like last year so I am thankful for that. Sent from my iPhone using Petguide.com Free App

I feel for you as that does sound B.O.R.I.N.G. Books would be a salvation. Do you like to read? Wow, hope you do!
How did you get up there...is it a military base or something? I have missed or forgotten something about you. You don't even have your dogs to help pass the time???
On another worrisome note...the jury can ask questions...one was, did Travis's roomates have alibis(or similar)? I mean, what the h€ll...did they not hear that she has admitted killing him??? Tho one of her stories was two ninja type people did it, let her go, but threatened to kill her family if she told anyone. She couldn't even keep that straight as at first it was two men, but in the next breath it was a man and woman with the woman doing the actual killing. But an astute jury member wants to know about roommate alibis?????OMG.

| Jodi Arias Trial--Court TV It's not really a military base. There are only 8 coast guard guys stationed here and it's an isolated duty station so I can only visit for a short time. I think I'm down to 24 days. Not that I'm counting or anything. Then he gets a month of leave and we go see his family for a while and off to our next unit for a week to secure housing if we haven't already. We are working on something right now so we shall see.
I usually take photos if I can, the weather sucks sometimes. Or edit the ones I already have. I also have a full time job up here so since I have pretty minimal bills up here (car is in storage so storage insurance and no gas needed) so that's pretty nice money wise. They pay more than the lower 48.
At this point I'm mainly working or sleeping and on my days off I usually watch football with the guys or try and go out to take photos. I've been itching to go see the wild horses since I saw them last time. When I get back i have a lot of photos to post of the dogs (I took them before I left and edited them up here) and all the other pics I've taken here. Sent from my iPhone using Petguide.com Free App
