| | Alpha | Urgent prayers needed I felt a lump in my breast at the end of December so went to the doctor the other day and then to have some tests done. They did a mammogram and ultrasound and they ended up doing a needle biopsy as well. I go back Tuesday for results. I always fear the worst and I've never been more scared in my entire life! The radiologist said the lump felt soft and moveable but it is a solid lump about 4 centimeters or so. I thought it felt firm but I'm no expert obviously! I do not know how I didn't feel it sooner. I check myself fairly regularly. I can't help but worry about myself, but mostly I worry about my family going thru this and of course I worry about my dog's. We aren't telling a lot of people until we find out for sure what we are dealing with. So I'm coming to DT to ask for some prayers. I know what will be will be, but I need all the help I can get. I'm trying to just relax this weekend but it's very difficult. Thanks in advance! |

That was 17 years ago I do vitamins, and juices . I totally changed my eating habits with veggies now and very little meat.My prayers are with you. I have read about your issues that you had in the past in a thread by Zeldarules I believe. You are a strong woman and have overcome a lot. I do need to change my eating habits, regardless of what this is. I need to drink way less Diet Cokes too. I don't want to read too much about cancer yet because it only scares me more. I've read way too much on the Internet already. My doctor got onto me for that already. I'm hoping and praying for a miracle that it's a benign tumor. Thanks again! |

| Praying for good results.
My aunt found a lump in her breast couple of years ago, and they did a biopsy, and it was just a cyst of some kind. I also have a close friend that just recently beat breast cancer.
Stay positive, we are all hoping for good news. |

| Saying prayers for good news on the biopsy. I have a niece who is like a daughter to me who went thru this and had to have surgery over five years ago and she is doing great! I know it is really difficult not to think the worse but on the good side, you have been proactive in self exam, found it early and are being treated so you are way ahead of many others .
