| Going to Canada. But not me...! My parents will visit Canada next February to see "aurora" in Whitehorse. It'll be the organized tour. However, this time, most of the meals are not included so that they need to find the dining spots.
I've never been to Whitehorse and no idea how small or big the downtown area is.
Do you have any favourite restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner?
Casual spots are better, but not for young people only place, please. They're around 70s.
I've researched some thru Trip Advisor. Unfortunately #1 recommended restaurant Klondike Rib and Salmon is closed in winter.
In the day time they'll do "mushing" for fun. I want to do it too!

| I have been north (Inuvik), west (Alaska) and east (Yellowknife) of Whitehorse but never there yet. They have a June dogshow that I would love to attend but have just never gotten there. If you go to canuckdogs.com you can look up the dog club and maybe email them and ask? Sent from my iPhone using Petguide.com Free App |

| I'm in the SW corner of Canada and can't even imagine how cold it'd be in Whitehorse. (I've never been farther north than Edmonton..that's cold enough for me!)
Beautiful scenery though...judging by photos! |

Beautiful scenery though...judging by photos! | I know. I lived in Vancouver for a year or so. Once I returned Japan, everyone asked me whether I went to the Rockies, Niagara Falls, northern provinces. I was like, wait, Canada is the second largest country in the world!! I wish I could live there again in the future.
