Hey peoples,

Hope everyone had a nice Christmas, we did at our house. All the dogs enjoyed a little roastbeef I think. My daughter took a photo of Jasmine and had it put on a throw for me, very nice, wished she had put Shasta on it too, but she wanted it with just her for me I guess. Jasmine with her CVI certainly isn't showing it tonight. She is running and picking fights with Shasta and Twinkie. yepper, a shepherd named twinkie go figure. lol

Anyway, just want to say I enjoyed the card exchange very much and have beautiful pictures of beautiful dogs. I hope I can get my printer and computer working together so I can get some pics on here. The IT said after the holidays they would have time to look at it and see why the printer isn't being read.

We had a horrible storm Thursday, I really didn't think I would make it home, my 45 min drive. Never drove in conditions like that before and never plan on it again either. When you move 2 mi an hour, or stopped at length on a highway, seeing a semi jack knife in front of you, you start saying your prayers. I could not see anything in front of me for at least 12 miles of this. haha but all is good and most of the snow is gone.. just cold.

Well, enough rambling just wanted to say love the cards and thank you.

Back attcha! I loved the Christmas card exchange, too. I'm glad I did it. My first thought is I will be better prepared for next time. I will start in advance. It was such a joy to get all those cards and pictures. Again, I'm so glad I did it, too.

This is the first year I participated in the Christmas Card exchange and I loved it!
I will try to get more creative next year.
We have a good sized snow storm here in Dallas on Christmas and I was out driving in it...had to deliver presents. Saw lots of wrecks also. We don't get much snow and people don't know how to drive in it. A 10 mile trip took about 1-1/2 hours.

Hey Maxsmom lol well u just come on down to or over to Iowa, I would love to take ya on a ride hahaha. Year before last we got like 10 or 12 in i think. I have pics somewhere if i can ever get em on here. I started to shovel out the back and it took me almost half a day and my driveway can hold about 4 maybe 5 cars, that's when I gave up and called for help haahha. We don't usually get all that but it is possible, we mostly get ice it seems. I would love to move away from here with no snow, hate winter, everything is dead and looks gray all the time, depressing.

Yea, it was my 1st card exchange too and I really liked it. I want to put better pics together next time. Someone sent me a card with lights all over her dogs and OMG how cute that was. I got so many cards with beautiful dogs and nice wishes. I am putting a scrapbook together about Jasmine and those cards are going in there. I have to admit though, I am bad about not taking pics. I have missed alot of really funny stuff over the yrs and at the time I think dang where is that camera. I still am learning or trying to remember actual names with the names on here but I think it's gonna take me a longgg time. lol I think I read a thread somewhere on here that a dog's name was Lana? hahah that is just too good. I never hear of that name. And I am so not photogenic to be in these pics but my daughter is beautiful and I have some pics of her with Jasmine.

Anyway, I am glad so many enjoyed the cards as much as I.
