Well, I got a little ambitious. I have the dough for Chocolate Crinkles, Gingersnaps and Peanutbutter Cookies mixed and chilling in the fridge. If I get anther burst of energy, I'll make some Chocolate Chip cookie dough. I'll be baking them during the week, when I won't have any "help" from my son. Maybe one or two other kinds also, just depends on how I feel, and how much time I have. We're leaving on Friday afternoon, and I know I'll be busy with packing and the like.

I like this idea! I always found the regular kisses hard to eat since they aren't flat like the cookie and this is the perfect solution.

Anyone ever tried a non pb version? The so has nut allergies (among other things lol) and i've always loved to make these cookies :/
