| To all the bakers out there... I am baking Christmas themed cupcakes for our Children's Christmas Party tomorrow. Now I am baking the cakes as I type but I don't know whether to put the butter icing on tonight or make that up fresh tomorrow morning before I take them down to the Mess.
If you were in my position would you do the icing today or tomorrow?? |

| If you frost them tonight put them in the fridge (I have a chocolate cake with mint frosting doing the same) or frost in the morning

| Frost as soon as the cake is completely cool. The frosting helps keep the cake from getting dry.

I will do it tonight then... and maybe post a pic of competed cupcakes before I put them in the fridge... and one may just go missing... purely for testing purposes... I mean I wouldn't want to take bad cakes across tomorrow |
