Wife & I were discussing a possible replacement for our 2002 Honda Odyssey next year and I don't like the current Odyssey design, which looks like a squished crossover version of our Odyssey... I don't really care for the crossovers and the current minivans or SUV's, which are really expensive.
Saw article on this 2014 Transit Connect "Wagon" to be sold next fall and I thought it was an ideal design for what our family needs. Looks like an ideal 7-people/ dog crate/ cargo carrier which is also fuel efficient. I like the 4-cyl engine with 30 MPG and the high headroom, which makes getting moving about van easier. Price starts at $20K. Here are links, one of which are photos from recent auto show. I have seen a million of the Transit Connect commercial delivery vehicles in recent months (which this wagon is based on) but never have seen the XLT Wagon version.

I was wondering if anyone owns/has used the Transit Connect XLT Wagon, which is a 5 passenger version currently sold, and how they like it?
