I know first hand and I really appreciate all the notes and messages i received when I lost my Himmy. People checked on me for weeks after.

| i wrote her a letter, it had my return address, so if not deliverable, and returned to me, then we'll have more indication that something's not right... however, as has been noted, recent emails have bounced back to sender (and no, i don't know the specific error message), and I don't see facebook identities for either her name or her husband's that actually match any info I have..... but i really don't feel comfortable invading anyone's privacy unless there's some sort of real indication that something's wrong. i'm not giving out her name or address, as i don't feel that's my place, and the nurse in me won't allow me to violate anyone's privacy or confidentiality. i think it's admirable that folks are concerned for her, but i can say with complete certainty that other people have dropped out of sight fairly suddenly, and no-one has suggested contacting the police. hopefully she'll somehow hear that folks are worried, but maybe she doesn't want to 'share'.
