Thanks for that info. Do I understand this right? It seems that in order to post a picture into a post I'm making on the forum I have to first put it into my folder in the gallery?

And after I do that, how do I remove the photo from my gallery? I really want to know about removing pictures from the gallery as that is something I have been trying to do and not succeeding.

You can either upload pictures into your gallery here and link them from there with the image linking code, or you can use one of those photo sharing website to upload your pictures and then paste the picture linking code in the post to display the pictures. Like TD was saying, if you upload pictures, here in the galleries, only the mods or TD has the ability to delete them.

Well then, would one of you please delete the pictures of Mic from my gallery? He's the red dog, I think there are two pictures of him there. I don't know if there are any pictures of Monte there, he's black, but if there are, I'd like for his picture/s to stay.

MicDobe, another easy way to upload pictures is to go to www.imageshack.us they will allow you to upload pictures for free.

On image shack, click browse...then find the picture on your computer you want to upload. Depending on the size of the picture, you can check the "resize image" box, or just leave it blank. Then click "host it"

The 5th bar down, where it says "Hotlink for Forums (1) Is what you want to highlight and copy into your post here. Then once you submit your post, you will be able to see the picture. Hope that helps

If you remove the very first part, and the very last part, it will remove their annoying link that they post above your picture.

I use www.photobucket.com ...once you upload the photos you just copy the bottom link below the picture that says "Img" and then paste it into the post your making...

Hey TD, I'm actually pretty good with computer, however, I can't get my pics to upload. I keep getting an error response. I've tried uploading an avatar and gallery pics with no success. Any ideas?

I would first check to see if it doesn't exceed these requirements: Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller). If it is, try uploading it to your section in the members gallery. Then click on the picture and then copy the the url from the "Direct Link Code" and paste it in the " Enter Avatar URL:" section and save changes. Try that to see if that works.

Could TD or one of the Mods please explain why when I go to upload an image it says my limit is already exceeded even though there are no images in my gallery? Thanks...Sooz
