How to post a picture - Page 2

That makes it sound so simple! I'll have to give it a try and see if I can understand simple instructions!! I've tried to stick a photo into a forum space before and got totally lost, but if I can do it by these great instructions, then I'll be putting a photo in every now and again! Thanks TD!

Ok.. I tried putting Pyper's picture in one forum, but it was an attachment. I will 'test' your way on here and hope it works. One question though. Should the picture be a certain size or less than a certain size before you upload in the first place?

Is there any way to delete a photo? I posted the same one twice by mistake and want to delete one of them? thanks, david

The way to delete a photo is to click on that photo in the gallery to show it. Then you will see, on the right side, "Image Tools". Click on that and then go to "Edit Image". Inside that screen you will see the delete check boxes. Just check that box and hit the delete button. This will remove the picture. I deleted the extra picture for you. Boy is Java growing up nicely, what a pretty little girl...

I tried "test" posting a pic last night but do not find a "delete" option. Clicking on "Image Tools", then "Edit Image", only gives me choices of flipping image horizontally or vertically. Where is the "delete" box that I'm missing?

Sorry only Moderators or Administrators may delete photos.

You can PM a MOD with the link to the photo you would like deleted and they will take care of that for you.

Thanks for that info. Do I understand this right? It seems that in order to post a picture into a post I'm making on the forum I have to first put it into my folder in the gallery?

And after I do that, how do I remove the photo from my gallery? I really want to know about removing pictures from the gallery as that is something I have been trying to do and not succeeding.
