| DH still works 3 days a week where we used to live. He comes back late Thursday so at least he will be home. But hoping the end waits until later Friday because I would like him to put my Christmas wreath up. He has been sick with bronchitis for the last 3 weeks but is getting better so he promised he would hang it Friday!
Can't think of any song off hand but lots of wine and pizza will do!!!

| If anyone wants to know exactly when the world will be ending for them, check out this website: The World Clock ? Time Zones
Just type in the name of your city and look at the Mayan Calendar Countdown. Where I live, the world will be ending on Friday, December 21, 2012 at 5:11:00 AM.
Guess I'll sleep through it!

If the world is going to end, it doesn't matter what time zone you're in, the whole thing would be gone at once. You might be off by a few hours, but either way, not important. | I think it will be a rolling-wave of destruction, following the sun/time... whoever on earth sees Dec 21st first, then westward as the sun travels its lazy path. My understanding is the Mayans were very good at math and very precise.

People have got this all wrong. It's not a meteor crashing to earth, the earth is wobbling on its axis from the sheer force of Chuck Norris doing pushups.

D-Day -2: The sun is out. YAY I can get Basil's rug dry after washing it because he peed on it! (it's the first warning sign...our dogs are peeing on rugs, xmas trees and furniture).
The fact that the sun is pink with green polka dots is a bit weird though.
...oh wait, that was maybe the fried mushrooms I had with my eggs on toast this morning...
