I hope he bought drinks
Of course, I am just being facetious about going on vacation w/WaMu CEO...but thought it would be worth a chuckle or two

| Just had a fun thought - we could use these execs to practice bite work
on. In an open football field with lights - cameras - for-closed homeowners in the stands . Give a VP a football and a 20 second head start then release the Doberman tackle. Of course the executives could wear thier silk suites for protection. Can you say IRA !!!

| I'm a big, free-market, mind-your-own-business Libertarian (big L), and usually I don't really care what others are bringing in or doing with it.
BUT, these fools have now partnered-up with The Government (or perhaps it's The Government who are the fools), and therefore they've partnered-up with ME.
To blow that much cash on that kind of nonsense now should be considered theft, and these guys should face the penalty we reserve for thieves.
Did you get a look at these clowns on TV? I presume what we saw this week were the "after" editions. What good the did spa treatment do for them?
Ever hear the saying "you can't polish a turd"? |

| Believe me, this is true alright. Pathetic. I work in the retirement services sector and this is a disgrace to the insurance/benefits industry.
The CEO/Chairman had the nerve to say he wasn't aware of the outing but perhaps it was a good thing as (I am paraphrasing) "we need our workers to stay with AIG, and this was a morale booster".
Ha - where I work at, a morale booster is getting some pizza on a Friday and showing up on Monday still employed. |
