| | Alpha | Agility week 5 what a night.. ruby was full of piss and vinegar last night, i dont know if it was because jamie came with us again, or that i put advantix on her earlier.. in any case, agility was a trip..
first she wouldnt settle down.. she kept trying to go after Scooter the long haired mini dach, then she kept charging over the obstacles, then she kept barking her ear shattering bark like she was cheering the other dogs on....
when it was time for us to do our individual run at the end of the night, she decided it was more fun to jump ON the collapsable tunnel then run thru it.. and the trainer who was holding the fabric end up started cracking up as ruby ran and jumped ON the fabric then turned and started licking and jumping on her as if to say, see sandi, i jumped on the fabric ....
i was mortified... she did her entire run a perfect 10...except for the collapsable tunnel.. the entire class, 2 trainers, and the trainers husband all broke out in laughter at rubys antics ....
and no jamie didnt video tape any of it as i forgot the camera |

| | Alpha | oh she had a blast, she was super sasssy the whole night, and the trainer didnt help cause every time ruby barked the trainer told her she had to be sassy, so ruby figured, wow if i bark more, the trainer pays more attention to me... so she barked more and more.... yeah i forgot the camera as we were running late, and didnt realize it until we were halfway there.. she strutted her stuff after she jumped on the chute and showed she was having a blast.. while i stood there with a super red face while everyone laughed... |

| Once you get all that energy directed she will be wonderful. Glad she is enjoying agility. Thats what it is all about. |

| | Alpha | thats my goal, to redirect her energy where it counts.. considering she is still a baby at 10 months old, and this is her first agility class i am really quite impressed with how far she has come in 5 weeks. yeah her focus is not 100%, she acts like an ass , she forgets , but all in all , for her age she is doing really well.. the first night she couldnt contain her self, and in 5 weeks she has really really done great and is learning a ton.. i plan on taking the class again, and then going to the next level after that, and eventually i am going to try to compete in agility with her.. of course it all depends on whether she still likes it.. |

| I think she'll still like it, given this description of your last class! Sounds like a fun, if slightly wild evening, for both of you! |
