| 5 1/2 isn't bad at all these days!
The house I live in (rent) was on the market for over a year before my LL decided to pull it off the market until after we finally buy a place (and it sure as heck won't be this one!)
My parents would never let me, Mike, Lizz (dog), Tyler (cat), the 20+ chinchillas and the potential new puppy (we're just looking) come back! Your parents rock.
