Moving back home...YAY me! lol

So after much thought and weighing my options I have decided to move back home.
I REALLY like where I live, I can walk down to the beach anytime, i am walking distance to downtown i can go to all the festivals they hold and walk to them with the dog, great socialization for her!

However, it seems in this town that you can have a dog, but nobody should know or ever SEE your dog!!!!

It all started in March when new tenants moved downstairs, they called the SPCA b/c my dog was barking... so I got a warning from the SPCA to keep my dog shut up or I would be fined...ok fine whatever, the courteous thing would have been to inform me, then if she didnt stop after I was told she was barking THEN call the SPCA, well as immature as it is, I got them back for that, I vacumed at 3am!!!

Then I take my dog to the baseball diamond and let her run around off leash, her recall is ALMOST foolproof!
Some loser tells me I should not have her off leash...get a life is what i wanted to tell him.

Then, yesterday I got a call from my landlord saying he is being bitched at by the by law officer for dog poop. I poop and scoop and then hide it behind the giant cedar tree until garbage day, then i pick up all the baggies of poop and put them in a garbage can and to the curb.
It DOESNT smell at all!!! The landlord has walked past it everytime he comes to pick up rent!!!
So now apparently there is a by-law officer watching!!! WTF?!?!?

It seems in this town, you can have a dog, but you cant walk it, you cant let it shit, you cant let it bark, basically it has to be invisible!!!!
So beofr i do something really bad like throw dog shit at the neighbours window, I am moving out of town to the apartment my mom put in her house!

It is better for Saphire, and really what else matters?

I know it's immature, but you should really do all your moving at 3 AM! And make sure the truck you use to move has a backup warning beep...leave the truck in reverse so it beeps the whole time you are loading it up. As for the little bags of poop...I can think of a few places to leave those!

unfortunately we now live in a dog un-friendly world - look at all the BSL happening- its very sad, but honestly, I've lived in Orillia, would rather be in the country

Yeah tell me about it, in Orillia, before the ontario wide BSL they had a pitbull by-law, just ridiculous!!!

What I really want to do is call CAS(childrens aid society) about the crying baby, like they did for my barking dog!!
Also I dont get off work till 11pm so i go home and clean and blast my music, with the bass thumping!!!
A couple days before i leave i will have to throw and nice loud going away party!!! LOL

I do like country living but i also love the convenience of living in town!

I'd give anything to get back out in the country.
People can be so dog un-friendly.

I wanted to be out of here by middle to end of Oct. But law states 60days notice required which puts me to Dec.1 but i may just leave early! Anyone want to lend me an intact male dobe in a couple weeks? Thats all Saph can tolerate. I figure if the neighbours like 1 dobe they will be ecstatic over 2!! Lol, better yet dog party at my house!! Lol
