FYI - on youtube you can view the trailer to the movie

There is a 5th book! Y'all might have already known that but it's news to me... Anyway the completion of the 5th book is on hold because some dumb@$# leaked a copy to the net. This upset Meyer (rightfully so) but to keep her fans from searching out this illegal copy, she's posted the draft on her site "midnight sun": StephenieMeyer.com | Twilight Series | Midnight Sun . Now I'm not sure if I'm going to wait for the full and complete copy to be published, I guess that just depends on how anxious I am after I finish #4 but I thought those of you who have already finished may be interested...
Am off to clean now, really I am |
HAHA!! You are no worse off then me Tracy. My hubby made fun of me cause I was just reading for like 5 days straight! He has also been making fun of me cause now that the movie is coming out I am going to go see it opening day and I will probably be standing in line with a bunch of 10-12 year old girls!! Whatever!! I am 26 and my best friend is 30 and she loves them too!! We will be standing in line together!
As far as the 5th book. I wrote on the comment above this one that she said she is putting the book on hold Indefinitely!! I REALLY hope not. go check out her website and see. She posted the 1st 12 chapters to it online cause she said that they were illegally posted on line before that. I read those in like a few hours!! Now I am hooked on that book and she NEEDS to finish it!! AHH!! |

| The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova is a great book about dracula, and a modern day hunt for him. Yes he still lives!
Ken Follet's books are great. I really loved Pillars of the Earth, and World Without End.
For those of you that really like medieval fiction than any of Sharon Kay Penman's books are sure to please. |

This Is Your Brain On Music is VERY interesting so far!!!!! | I started that one--but I hadn't heard some of his music examples which made it hard to get the concepts so I put it down, meaning to come back to it. And then I forgot all about it--thanks for the reminder; I'll have to start again.

| Hey guys, I just finished "Exact Revenge" by Tim Green. It is about a very sucessful young man who is on the brink of being elected to Congress and then gets set up for a murder by his adversaries. He spends 25 yrs in jail for the murder he did not commit. It is a good story that takes you into his mind and how he plans his revenge. Good quick reading.
I also read Tess Gerritson's new book. She has a series about Medical Examiner Maura Isles in Boston. Good reading.

| | Alpha | I just got through reading a book called "The Watching" about a man who gets two Dobermans and they turn out to be spawns of the devil. Its a very good book.....just found it on Amazon.
It's by C.S. Johnson.

| The Star Wars books...
Jane Eyre.
Anything Shakespeare... Macbeth being my favorite.
Mario Puzo is also an awesome writer. He wrote The Godfather (the book is amazing) and many other great mafia books... The Sicilian was also good.
