First Night in College AS AN ADULT!

if some of you dont remember, i was going to school for Phlebotomy Tech. i went to my first class and already i LOVE IT! i am enjoying every minute of my class. i have clinical in next 2weeks, take the board cert this month! its a great experiance going to school as an adult,rather than teenagers,wich sucked in high school.
i am the oldest one in class,wich doesnt bother me.i like my instructor,alot. shes very comical,and seems to be a good teacher.the learning enviroment is relaxed and fun,but fast paced.i relish that way of learning.

i am also volunteering in a nursing home to gain exp in working with people,who are not all well.....so i can extend compassion,wich will help both them and me in all things concerned. plus its good for the soul.
im just so happy to be making a differance. sorry for the bragg-about.

I always wanted to be a blood letter lol.
I would like to get a phlebotomy certificate but you have to be a nurse first, at least here you do.

good news! i had my first exam and i got an A ! missed 2,and got a 97%.

I could never work in a nursing home, it would break my heart.. God Bless you!

Best of luck with school! My sister inlaw is studying to become an RN and I feel like I haven't seen her in years b'cause she's so swamped with school & clinicals.
