Some people need to have a little chlorine added to their gene pool. |

| Wow. So glad LeRoy is okay.
And that you didn't land in jail, as I would probably have done!
Sounds like Boxer dude was, er, compensating for something.

| I dont want anything to think im against boxers now...they are great dogs!! it was the fact this idiot was ok with this dogs behavior and also encourging it! I have no hard feelings toward the breed, I just wish people like him couldnt breed.

| A few months ago I too encountered a dumba$$ owner...with a boxer...hmm...I'm not anti boxer just anti stupid boxer owners...
It makes me wonder sometimes, have people forgotten how to read and/or educate themselves before speaking? It amazes me how the stupidest people will speak the loudest no matter how wrong they are, just so everyone hears them!
(Sorry just thinking about my encounter)
Just a short vent...sorry but stories like this get me a little preturbed...lol AGAIN you can't fix stupid! |

| Geeze!! Glad that that turned out ok. I have seen that more times then not when other dogs have come up to my Duke trying to pull that Sh*T!! Makes me sooo mad and the owners just stand and watch. I can not believe the guy was encouraging it! Poor dog is going to end up having something bad happen!!
One of our "used to be friends" used to let his pit do this to Duke when he was only about 6 months old. I was REALLY worried that the pit was going to hurt him cause he was a lot bigger then Duke at the time!! Luckily nothing really bad happened and Duke sticks up for himself VERY well now but still pisses me off!!
STUPID!! |

| There are a lot of stupid dog owners out there, In ways I feel bad for saying it, but I try to avoid contact with dogs I don't know because you never know what can happen and on several incidents I have been walking Cyrus and had strange dogs run up to us. If people dumb or not are going to own dogs, they should be aware of the behaviors their dogs have and try to prevent things like fighting or anything that may look like it could lead up to a fight, but sadly some people encourage it, in the long run that guy will end up with a dog that needs to be put down and/or sued! Maybe he'll learn before it comes to that |

| I had a boxer just go nuts last weekend at the dog park. Ares and Apollo have been going since they were 16 weeks, and never an issue.
Last weekend, this boxer who's been to the park many times when my guys have been there went nuts and attacked Ares. Ares kept trying to get away, but the boxer kept coming at him.
The poor ower was in shock at first, and then after leashing him, he dropped the leash and the dog came hurling back at Ares. He felt so bad, and I felt bad for him. He left the park, but not before checking to see if Ares had been hurt, which other than a few small teeth marks, he wasn't.
I could see the boxer's eyes had that glaze of determination to get Ares. That look is something that helps me to remember that dogs are animals, and can flip a switch at any time....no matter how sweet they usually are.
Glad no one was hurt Leroythedobe. That dog's owner seems like a big jerk!!

| Im glad leroy is ok. I think thats the one reason that i dont go to dog parks. Down here the owners ego is bigger then the brain. Its the my daddy can beat up your daddy mentality.

| We don't go to dog parks anymore because we very quickly found out that they were being used by idiots that were training fight behaviors. Even if you are on-leash, the aggressive dogs roam the park looking for targets. Difficult to impossible to prevent the confrontation. ...and I got tired of getting arrested for beating the $hit out of the idiots that allowed their dog to attack mine. |
