| Update:Saturday July 5 After 3 very long hard weeks, Tony is out of ICU! He was moved to a regular room yesterday. He is on the mend, completely aware of his condition....and none too happy about any of it.....he wants to go HOME!!! That should make him work hard so he can. Thanks again DT for prayers and vibes!
**Correction....he is out of critical ICU and now in a private room in respiratory ICU due to the pneumonia and trach tube, but still EXCELLENT NEWS, his physical injuries are healing great!!

| I'm so glad he is doing better. He will have a long road ahead of him and it is good he has your sister and you to care and pray for him. |

I second this statement. Very happy he has pulled thru this, knowing how bad it really was. |

| More prayers, thoughts, vibes needed for this man....he has tested positive for Mercer, which is a STAPH infection, this is really bad news I just can't imagine how exhausted my poor sister is at this point, it has been such a hard month for her too, the constant worry is wearing her down. Tony is also having a lot of problems with his memory, is very confused all the time.
Thanks everyone for keeping Tony and Nancy in your thoughts.

| Oh dear. I hope that he recovers from the MRSA. It stands for methicillin resistant Staph Aureus and is a very aggressive drug resistant infection often found in ICU patients...
luckily vancomycin normally helps clear it up.
Hold in there! I have you ALL in my thoughts!
