sensitive tummy

So I've had my girl since she was 12 wks, now 4 1/2, always knew she had a sensitive tummy but unless we switched her too quickly or someone gave her people food she's done ok until recently.
Now i know what she is on is not a good food ( mom pays so it is her choice till i move out in feb) but currently it is pedigree adult. She has done decent on this she is very active so even being fed a med/ large cup and a half 2 times a day she stays at a solid weight. Her coat doesn't look horrible it's fairly shiny but could be better. Lately though she has been throwing up too often for my liking ( atleast 2 times a week). I am planning on getting her into the vet for a check up however is there a certain brand you would recommend that is a great deal better but not outrageous in price?
She has been on pedigree for about 2 1/2-3 years when i finally convinced my mom ol roy and kibbles n bits was not ok.

Try ProPlan. It's not to bad of a food and many dobes do we'll on it.

I will be going to my dads ( vegas) this week and would be open to going and getting some while I am there. Where i live we are very limited. Also what type would you suggest? A large breed specific? General adult? Or the sensitive stomach? So many choices hah. Although i found petco has it.

Do you have access to a Costco? The Costco brand, Kirkland, has a very decent food for a great price - about $25 for a 40 lb bag. If you want a grain free food, they also have Nature's Domain, which is about $30 for a 30 lb bag. If you are on a budget I think either of those would be far better than Pedigree.

Another thing could be you switching foods too often and/or too fast.
Teagan does that if her food is switched too quickly.

So I think the problem has been fixed. She loves the natures recipe salmon, sweet potato and pumpkin, she eats it right away even poking me for it and her coat has even seemed shinier. My boyfriends bulldogX even loves the food and he is a very picky eater. So now I just have to look around town and see if anyone either has it or can order it. Otherwise I will have to find a place online to order it maybe in bulk haha.

If I remember correctly, both PetsMart and Petco carry Nature's Recipe. Or, if you rather buy it online, there's Mr. Cewy, PetFlow, PetFoodDirect, and a bunch of other online retailers. Just be aware that PetFoodDirect charges shipping by weight, which cancels out their cheaper prices.

We don't have PETCO or petsmart unfortunately but our local feed/hardware store ace is looking into ordering it. If that doesn't work I'll figure something out with my dad or something. My boyfriends american bulldog/ boxer mix has fallen in love with it as well haha.

Ok so I've found it really hard to find this dog food. Our local feed/ hardware store can order it but they aren't positive its the one i want since the provider wasn't sure. So I have been looking at other foods and the local hardware place carries taste of the wold smoked salmon which is also grain free and contains similar ingredients. What do you guys think of that food though?
