| Barf diet
I'm planning to feed my doberman pup barf diet when it arrive in a month time.
Just wondering for those that feed raw meat to your dobies, when the meat is frozen in the freezer, do you defrost the meat(mince/necks/bones etc) in fridge and feed them cold, defrosted meat or do your guys defrost the meat in room temperature and feed room temp meat? |

 | I defrost in the fridge and feed cold. Sometimes I'll run it under water (in zip lock) to bring up the temp a little.

| I defrost in the oven (TURNED OFF) so the cats and my Vizsla counter surfer do not get to the meat  Then I put it in the fridge and feed from the fridge.

| I defrost in the sink. I feed either room temp or cold, depending on how long it has been thawing.

| I defrost then store a couple of days worth in fridge. Goes straight from fridge to dogs bowls. No issues, the love it cold, room temp, frozen..... doesn't matter.

| I feed dethawed cold from the fridge or frozen. Depends if I remembered to pull it out of the freezer early enough. Bentley will eat it regardless of temperature | |
